As a much-valued client of Hair Republic, we would just like to notify you of our updated salon policy. We appreciate you taking the time to read through the following-
We understand that life can throw the unknown at us from time to time, and things don’t work out as planned. However, we are a small business that relies on having our clients turn up to their appointments, that have been specifically booked for them.
We send out a reminder text message to all our clients 48 hours before their appointment time, and kindly ask for a reply.

To protect our staff, clients and business from loss of trading we have the following salon policy: -

Our salon uses high quality products for all services and will always recommend the correct retail that is suited to your hair. Hair Republic cannot guarantee lasting results unless you are using the recommended products, OR if you swim regularly.
As per small business and the competition and consumer act, any problem with your service must be reported to us within one week from service date, by person, or telephone call.
As per the act Hair Republic will fix the problem at no charge within one week of the report of fault.
While all children are welcome at Hair Republic, out of respect of clients who come to our salon to relax, to be pampered, and just have some general downtime, we kindly ask that all children remain seated and calm.
“Due to strict OH&S laws all children under 18 years of ages who are not receiving a service are too be seated at all times. We work with hazardous chemicals, sharp, and extremely hot tools.”
